1. Account and Access
To access CODVerify services, you must connect a valid Shopify store and subscribe to one of our plans. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
2. Service Description
CODVerify provides an automated WhatsApp verification system for eCommerce stores processing Cash on Delivery orders. We rely on third-party APIs (such as Meta/WhatsApp). Disruption to these external networks may temporarily affect service operations, which we bear no direct liability for.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
Our app relies on a subscription model based on usage or order volume. Billing cycles and plan limitations are described in the Shopify App Store. All payments are securely processed by Shopify according to their App billing policies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code. You may only use CODVerify for legitimate commerce operations.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will CODVerify Technologies, its affiliates, or their licensors, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide noticeable communication regarding significant changes via the email linked to your account.
